Yashaar Amin is the founder and managing principal of Arch Anchor.

With nearly 20 years of broad-based real estate experience, Yashaar established Arch Anchor as a robust and dynamic investment management and advisory platform. Since founding Arch Anchor in 2016, Yashaar has been principally involved in projects and investments totaling more than $4 Billion.

Today, Yashaar’s focus is on the strategic growth and performance of an investment portfolio on behalf of a notable mix of operating partners, institutional partners, family offices, high-net worth, and private capital investors.

Yashaar recently partnered with Waterford Property Company where together they successfully built a portfolio of nearly 1M+ square feet of commercial properties (office and retail) and over 4,000 multi-family units.

Prior to Arch Anchor, Yashaar oversaw acquisitions and asset management for the real estate group within The Wonderful Company on behalf of the Resnick Family in Los Angeles. Yashaar also has prior experience as an executive for Los Angeles based RP Realty Partners, including directly managing 2M SF of retail, office, and mixed-use assets in both their institutional and private capital funds. Yashaar also held roles in property management, construction, and brokerage.

Yashaar holds a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a B.A. in Environmental Analysis & Design with an emphasis in Urban & Regional Planning from UC Irvine.
