Mosaic, formerly known as City Place, is a 14 acre, 350,000 SF open-air urban shopping center in Downtown Long Beach, CA. Arch Anchor is an active member of the general partnership, along with Newport Beached-based Waterford Property Company and NYC based Turnbridge Equities.

The partnership acquired the project via the acquisition of a non-performing senior loan, and now intends to invest heavily into repositioning the existing retail to turn it into a top-tier shopping destination, and also by reimaging the property as a mixed-use district, drawing upon the many qualities that Downtown Long Beach has to offer.
